After an extensive corporate career, Penny decided to fulfill her long held dream of helping people through the law, in particular family law and making a positive contribution to the world. She combines her compassionate and empathetic personality with a strong desire to resolve family law matters for clients in an efficient and timely manner and to make the journey as positive as possible.

As an experienced family lawyer, Penny has helped clients with complex parenting and property matters navigate the complex and stressful process of separation and divorce, providing honest and thorough advice to help them achieve a successful resolution. It is always difficult where there are children involved and Penny will help guide you through the process ensuring the children’s best interests are forefront of any negotiations or settlements. It may be difficult at times, but Penny will work with you to ensure you obtain the best possible outcome.

When Penny is not helping clients with their family law issues, she enjoys long walks to appreciate all that our beautiful city has to offer, travel and savouring the amazing culinary delights we have available to us.
